My first adventure in Paris was to Versailles. Of course my camera died right after we walked in so I didn't get the chance to capture the royal and intricate decor inside - which might be a good thing. This is something your truly have to experience yourself. There are no words to describe the beauty you are surrounded with.
After a morning of traveling on the train from London to Paris we were exhausted but had to take advantage of our time. We spent the afternoon at Versailles and ate a quick dinner on the streets nearby. Even though it was a face paced day, it was well worth it. Versailles cannot be topped.
